Quick update before telling which offers have approved for me.
My mother had hip surgery twice, due to a massive infection, earlier this year which meant most days were spent with her in the hospital and rehab center over a 4 month period. I'd come home and clean most of the night, preparing the house for her return amd be too tired to do much of anything else.
Now we must have the house treated for mold, mildew and pests. These are the yearly treatments which have been put off far too long. Nothing to worry about. But these are on top of her trying to recover from her surgery. So we aren't too happy about them. But they must be done. So I will be off and on sporadically until they are finished since the chemicals they use for these treatments mean we can't stay in the house while they are going on.
